Meeting Opening

  • Karakia/Welcome
  1. Minutes of 2022 AGM
  2. Annual Reports for Te Rūnanga o Waihao IncSoc:
    1. Receive & consider the Annual Reports, including that of the Rūnanga Board.
    2. Receive & consider the Annual Financial Statements.
    3. Appoint an auditor for the ensuing year.
  3. Annual Reports for Te Rūnanga o Waihao Holdings Ltd:
    1. Receive & consider the Annual Chair Report.
    2. Receive & consider the Annual Financial Statements.
    3. Appoint an auditor for the ensuing year.
  4. Election of vacant Elected Board Member positions:
    In alignment with clause 16, clause 17, and Appendix 3 of the Rules of
    Te Rūnanga o Waihao (21/05/2023):

    1. Chairperson for a 3-year term (until 2026 AGM).
    2. Deputy Chairperson for a 2-year term (until 2025 AGM).
  5. Alteration to Rules

Consider proposed changes to the Rules of Te Rūnanga o Waihao (21/05/2023):

  1. The addition of kaumātua Pakinui (Mrs William Harper), No. 300, File No.322 to Appendix 1. Te Rūnanga o Waihao 1848 Kaumātua.
  2. The amendment to clause 21 (d) by removing (excluding the Executive Officer).
