- Annual Reports for Te Rūnanga o Waihao IncSoc:
- Receive & consider the Annual Reports, including that of the Rūnanga Board.
- Receive & consider the Annual Financial Statements.
- Appoint an auditor for the ensuing year.
- Annual Reports for Te Rūnanga o Waihao Holdings Ltd:
- Receive & consider the Annual Chair Report.
- Receive & consider the Annual Financial Statements.
- Appoint an auditor for the ensuing year.
- Election of vacant Elected Board Member positions:
In alignment with clause 16, clause 17, and Appendix 3 of the Rules of
Te Rūnanga o Waihao (15/10/2023):- Elected Board member for a 3-year term (until 2027 AGM).
- Alteration to Rules
Consider proposed changes to the Rules of Te Rūnanga o Waihao (15/10/2023):- The addition of: kaumatua to Appendix 1. Te Rūnanga o Waihao 1848 Kaumātua.
